I hadn’t had a professional haircut in over two to three years because of past bad experiences, but from my very first call with Riri, I knew this salon would be different. She was so warm, welcoming, and accommodating — she completely put me at ease and set such a positive tone before I even arrived. Stella truly has magic hands. Riri’s work on Instagram looks beautiful, but her poor time management caused serious issues on my wedding day. Unless you are her only bride or her first bride of the day, your hair may not last. My trial hair was great, but the result on the wedding day was the complete opposite. I visited her several times throughout the year, and she arrived late every single time.
