Had a great experience! The colour came out exactly how I wanted it and the blowout after was beautiful.
I was very excited to go here for a blowout for the first time since this salon was close to my home. I booked with Nirali but ended up getting someone else who did not even know how to blow dry hair let alone left soap in my hair and told me she doesnt know why my hair was greasy and gave up on me by leaving to another client. Other kind staff reached in to help out and rinsed my hair again and blow dried again. But then I came out 2 hours later with dry hair and minutes later my hair had flat volume.
