Finally no more bad haircuts or waiting an hour at the barber. Kim is the best
I showed up to appointment that was scheduled with Kim around August of last year only to find out that she left for the day from another employee. My mother then decided to call her and try to reschedule since i wanted to have my hair done before school started, and she never replied. We were never informed that she left early and never got a reply back.
I still don’t understand what happened but my fiancé had scheduled a surprise appointment for me on 12/27 at 1PM to have highlights done. I then received a message from Kim, on the day of my appointment, saying she isn’t feeling well and would have to reschedule. She gave me options and I chose the next day at noon. Then, on the 28th I received a message about her still not feeling well and if I could come in the following Monday or Tuesday. I chose Monday and she asked if 10:30AM could work.
