I am giving this salon one star because the owner will not honor my The Smart Circle brochure coupon. I purchased this brochure at my workplace to help fundaraiser for United Way agency. I was so disappointed that I spent $$ to discover that I would not get a haircut as promised on the brochure. The owner told me that company was no good and we had to severe ties with them.
