I've been there a couple of times and had a good experience. I went there a third time (no appointment, just walked in as I had done once before) and sat there for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted. There were 2 stylists and neither of them spoke to me. A man who looked like he worked there came in from the back and did not acknowledge me. After the 10 minutes, I walked out. They just lost my business.
