I seen a friend walking out of the salon with wet and very damaged hair. Her hair was completely fried and one side was about 3 inches longer than the other, I can't believe that they let her walk out like that. The stylist should be very ashamed of herself.

The girl who did my hair was very nice. However, after leaving my hair looks exactly the same as when I walked in. When I scheduled my appointment I was under the impression that I was getting my roots touched up, as they were very grown out. When I scheduled the appointment I specifically said I wanted all of my blonde touched up but only enough time was made for a toner during my appointment.
