Recently had my first appointment to cut and style my hair with Mia at Salon Bloom. I cannot say enough great things about the salon and most importantly Mia. It has been a long time since I visited a salon and not a quick trim from Great Clips. Mia has a great personality and is easy to talk to. She did a great job on my hair and I definitely will be back. Thank you Mia!!
HORRIBLE ! I scheduled my son for a style. He wants a perm, I suggested we do a style of it first to make sure he likes it. I told the receptionist all the details and she reassured me that they can do the style. They have the tools. We arrived 30 min early. Our hair "stylist" arrived 10 min late. No introduction, no welcome, nadda. Just a, have a seat. Then she didn't know what we were there for so I told the info all over again. Maria was so sweet and did an amazing job! She was very accommodating to my schedule from the very beginning, and even though my appointment took longer than both of us anticipated she never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I love my new hair and would totally recommend Maria!
Had an appointment at 10, stylist had to push back due to personal reasons so we mutually agreed to 10:45.. then at 10:30 she moved it back to 11.. and even then at 11:30 i STILL waited for my stylist to show up. Unprofessional and no communication for being late at the 11 switch. I left there with no hair done and all the front people had to say was sorry and canceled my appointment. Do not recommend
Jazlynn did my hair and was so incredible! Very knowledgeable and super kind. I had an amazing experience and I love my hair!
