Leslie was so wonderful and made me love my hair again. She did a consultation with me on achievable results to reach my hair goals and did a full balayage service. At the end she helped shape my bangs and styled my hair and made me feel so happy. Very thankful to meet Leslie and to have my hair done at this beautiful salon.
I had such an amazing experience with Sami today! She was assigned to me by the salon, and I’m honestly so glad I got the chance to have her do my hair. I went in for a blonding service with a male stylist (I do not remember his name). While the color itself turned out nice, I ended up with noticeable breakage around the front of my hairline and at the back of my neck, with several sections left extremely short and uneven. Really disappointing and not something I expected from a professional salon.
I waited almost 3 weeks for my appointment. And she asked me if I wanted to reschedule when they have no availability for months just rude. My hair looks like I just got a hair cut for $260 she hardly put any highlights in my roots you can’t even tell it’s been done! When I got home my bf says what did they do it looks the same. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! No thanks I won’t be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND
