I’m extremely upset, for a 300 dollar service (going darker) I expected my color to last more than four washes before I started to CLEARLY see a good amount of it completely fade already. My appointment was originally 200 and I expected 40/50 dollars being added but instead I left having to pay 300, that’s a pretty big difference and with no added communication to prepare me for the price jump. I used to have the most thick long beautiful hair of my life naturally, I naturally had the hair people are getting extensions to have. Alex ruined my life the day I stepped into salon Blanc, to the point where a year later I am still dealing with the severe breakage and damage a year later!!!! Going to salon blanc was the worst most traumatic mistake of my life. Alex ruined my life and my hair. I paid over $600 to this place and it’s like Alex had something against me and was out to destroy me. I went here last year in July and that’s when my life was ruined forever. He was so aggressive and rude and put 40vol developer in my hair, he over processed my hair so bad my hair was falling out it turned thin and completely destroyed, it’s like he was overlapping bleach on my hair on purpose. Alex delivered the most beautiful icy blonde I’ve ever had. He has an artists eye for shape and texture, and was able to help me achieve the look I wanted without sacrificing my whole day to the process. Charlie was so gentle, and gave the most incredible scalp massage I’ve ever had. Wonderful experience at Salon Blānc.
