got charged for extra bowls when my hair is above my shoulders spent over 350 dollars and a color and they had to bleach three inches of my hair which cost over 200 alone then they didnt have time to style it and i had to leave this was after 3.5 hrs in which i spent a good 45 mins unattended with post washed hair. Color was vibrant but not the color i reqested. On top of not properly knowing how to detangle 4b hair. Will not be going back
I’m extremely upset, for a 300 dollar service (going darker) I expected my color to last more than four washes before I started to CLEARLY see a good amount of it completely fade already. My appointment was originally 200 and I expected 40/50 dollars being added but instead I left having to pay 300, that’s a pretty big difference and with no added communication to prepare me for the price jump.
