Amazing!!!! Collective Strands was super responsive from the beginning. At my free consultation they answered all my questions and could tell I was nervous to get extensions only because I never was a “hair” girl. Why did I wait so long!!!! Once you get them (especially if you have hair like mine. Tons of breakage, thin, no volume, doesn’t hold a curl) you won’t go back. They are very reasonably priced and don’t price gauge you like some other salons do. Will be a customer for awhile. They have gave me my confidence back!

She’s incredibly attentive, honest, and never pushy when it comes to products—just focused on delivering a great result.
