Disappointed. I booked appointments for my husband and I about a week in advance, from 1130 to 330pm on Saturday. I got a text 1.25 hours before my appointment (as I am walking out the door for my apt-- it takes us about that long to get to Soldotna) that our stylist has the flu. I understand sickness happens, but waiting until the last minute is not professional. Had I received a message earlier in the day or the night before, I would have felt more understanding.
