Donka does my hair and always goes a great job. I followed her to this salon from the Hair Co-Op, when they closed downtown. She listens and does what I want (unless I have come up with something that won't work with my hair type and texture, in which case she explains why). Her colour and highlights are always well executed and look great. In 20 some years, she has never given me anything but a haircut I was happy about & which was possible to maintain at home.
The person cutting my wife hair decided what style of hair she should have!!????!! Not close to what we had decided ...wanted short convenient hair / no maintenance ...she decided to have a long hair style !!!! Even after showing her the desired style """ SHORT """ !!! I ( husband ) had her redo the desired style ,!!! Not happy !!!!!!!!! Simple cut was told $35 ....ended up being total $55 ended up...no tip ...never again if that Knonna doesn't listen to what customer desires !!!!
