This is the best salon. The talent working there is amazing. The atmosphere is vert welcoming. Great products and services. And one mote interesting aspect - the owner of the salon actually cares!!! His promo ideas are great, his attitude is pleasant, he is vert pleasant to deal with and he genuinely likes working with customers and his employees. Deffinetly would recommend this place to anyone.
I made an appointment, get the confirmation call, and then I get there and they can't find me in the system. Pretty awful. The girl on the phone said she would squeeze me in when I wasn't happy about getting a time that would work for me and didn't follow through with getting someone in early. I would've had no problem just going on another day to get a haircut but then they fell through on their promise.
Love ZaZa Salon! Autumn is a fantastic colorist and really cares about making sure you're totally, completely happy with your color. Wholeheartedly recommend the salon to others!
