First time at Salon Belissima with Lacey and I am in so in love with my hair color! I started with natural strawberry red and Lacey achieved the icy blonde I wanted in just one session. The salon is clean and beautiful, I felt very relaxed. Lacey was amazing and I felt 100% confident in her work throughout the whole process. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else!
I wrote a negative review on this salon based on an unsatisfactory customer service experience. I would like to update that review to a five. After posting that review the owner contacted me and offered to rectify what had occurred. I was offered a new color service by another stylist at no charge. I was welcomed back in the salon with warmth and respect. My hair color is beautiful with excellent coverage. I was so pleased I made follow up appointments for future hair cut and color. What a fantastic salon. After a horrible hair experience I found Salon Bellissima. I was lucky to find such caring and understanding staff. Sheila corrected my hair with a beautiful color and Balayage and Lisa gave me a perfect trim. The entire staff is wonderful and I cannot thank Sheila enough for giving me back my smile today. You have a very happy new customer!!!!! I will pass this along.
