I’ve been going to Felicia for about 3 years now and she is by far the best at getting my hair healthy and still as blonde as I want! I love going to see her I always look forward to my appointments!!

Second time here. I was not happy with the first cut but figured I would give someone else a shot. Again, not happy. They do not listen to what you want. First time I left looking like I was never there. Second time the stylist did nothing that I asked. I even showed multiple pictures to her. She didn't check for even cuts, almost left 2 inches in 1 spot and then cut it too short. Didn't give the choppy layers I asked for and the bangs I requested are none existent. Watched this place go down hill. Last two times I've walked in with one person waiting they tell me they aren't taking any walk-ins. I get a buzz cut that takes 5 minutes. Done with them...
