Went in and the staff seemed friendly, told the stylist I wanted dark brown hair, just a touch up of what I already had. Showed her a picture of the color as well and explained I have dark extensions and cannot afford to get new ones so I need it to match. Came out with blonde hair! Stylist acted like it wasn't a big deal and blamed it on their new color products and told me to come back in a few weeks if I wanted it fixed. On August 23 I took my daughter to Salon Bela for her 17th birthday. All she really wanted was a set of professional nails. When we left the nails looked good, and we were told they would last at least two weeks with normal use and if there was any problem they would be fixed or replaced. The 23rd was a Saturday. On Monday my daughter lost the first nail. By the end of that first week she had only one nail left. I went to get my nails filled early in the morning by Scarrlett. She did a wonderful job & was super nice & delicate. I would definitely recommend this salon.
