Service was acceptable, but behavior was disappointing. We had a good experience previously, which made us book another appointment for two haircuts and eyebrow waxing. Before the appointment, I specifically asked about the cost so I could bring cash. She confirmed via text that it would be $40 for me and $20 for the second haircut. I so did not receive the service I asked for and my hubs and I absolutely hated my hair. I came in asking for dark brown dye with dark cherry highlights. What I received was pretty much crimson red!!!! I saw no brown hair left and when I was so embarrassed after looking at it further at home I ran to Walmart found color oops and clarifying shampoo and washed it away.
