As a client for over 15 years I can't say enough good things about this place! My stylist has helped me through a variety of hair changes throughout the year and she's the only one that has ever done my daughters hair (she's 18 now). When my stylist has been on leave, others have stepped in and helped her clients and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is welcoming, fun, they take their time and listen to my needs. Rude as all hell. I live right across the street so I thought the convenience of going there would be better experience especially by the reviews no I walked in stood there for 5 minutes looking like an idiot while none of the stylist would ask me what I was there for or even to tell me that they were booked up until after I walked out of the store
After being recommended to Denae Wright for my all my hair care needs, I can understand why! In addition to providing talent when it comes to providing the cut and color I'm looking for, she also has exceptional customer service skills! I can always count on her to answer all my questions and educate me on what's best for my individual hair care needs.
