I feel so lucky to have Salon Bartolo in our neighborhood, although I would drive an hour for their quality and hospitality. This is truly the best salon I have ever been to. Extremely disappointed. This is my second time with Meesh. The cut was unflattering and not as professional as I was expecting. Won’t go again. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I was really annoyed at this experience. Maybe it was a bad day? Today I had a very pleasant call from the owners of the salon expressing their concern for my experience. We determined that it was a combination of a tough day and some miscommunication. Salon Bartolo is a hidden gem! It was my first visit and I was SO impressed. Bartolo did an amazing job with my color—it's exactly what I wanted and looks even better than I imagined. He took the time to really understand what I was going for, and the whole experience felt so relaxed and professional. The salon itself is charming, clean, and welcoming. I left feeling confident and so happy with my hair. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch color and a great salon experience!
