Jessica does a fabulous haircut and color. I always get a pedicure and she is famous for her shellac manicures.
I just moved here and I walked in to see about a hair cut, walk in a lady is plucking her eye brows (blonde hair )and seemed bothered that i came in asked her if she or anyone could cut my hair because I have an under cut and wanted to see if anyone cut short hair. Her response to me was I am the only one here so leave your name and phone number I will put it in the group chat and someone will call you . Turned around and walked away. I was like WTH ! I never got a call.
If I could rate zero stars I would. Took my fiance here today for hair and makeup for our wedding. Tracy butchered the eye makeup and it didn't look remotely like the reference photos my fiance provided, she was pulling her hair and making her very uncomfortable. She was rude to her and she rushed the job. Very unprofessional, made my fiance cry on our wedding day and that's not ok period. Some professionals here. SMH.
My daughter was brought in while visiting family to get her hair colored from a medium blonde to a light ash brown. I talked to her on the phone and informed her she had color on her hair and was worried about damage. She said she would do the ash brown and make sure Audrey was happy. Instead she insulted my kid, refused to listen and destroyed her hair Teresa bleached her hair to the point the hair has lost its structural integrity. Liz dis an amazing job perming my Mom’s hair! She was very kind and gentle with her (mom is very shy), and was amazingly fast at the process! Learned she’s been doing hair and perms for nearly 30 years!! I highly recommend her ❤️ my mom was gushing afterwards about how wonderful Liz was and that she’s never had a better experience ever in her life.
