I just moved here and I walked in to see about a hair cut, walk in a lady is plucking her eye brows (blonde hair )and seemed bothered that i came in asked her if she or anyone could cut my hair because I have an under cut and wanted to see if anyone cut short hair. Her response to me was I am the only one here so leave your name and phone number I will put it in the group chat and someone will call you . Turned around and walked away. I was like WTH ! I never got a call.
I find Salon Avant-Garde to be a wonderful, faith-based salon. Excellent service by all beautucians! Diana is my stylist. She always treats me like a queen, and gives me whatever hair style I want!
If I could rate zero stars I would. Took my fiance here today for hair and makeup for our wedding. Tracy butchered the eye makeup and it didn't look remotely like the reference photos my fiance provided, she was pulling her hair and making her very uncomfortable. She was rude to her and she rushed the job. Very unprofessional, made my fiance cry on our wedding day and that's not ok period. Some professionals here. SMH.
Vandy did an amazing job threading my face. I have tried many threading places but she has been the best so far. I recommend her to everyone.
Your girl Theresa will hook you up with a spectacular haircut and good conversation. If I could give this woman 100 stars I would. She just made a client for life!
