I was tragically disappointed I asked for a full highlight and my hair is a dark brown naturally and I wanted to lighten it with some light brown highlights and received a full yellow-blonde balayage that I did not want or ask for. After giving me a balayage and the wrong color. Ava tried overcharging me for the service. I called the next day to get it toned down darker hoping to be more brunette. Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by Ava and taken care of. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and stylish, Ava’s staff were incredibly friendly. Ava really listened to what I wanted and offered Deep conditioning suggestion that made my hair turn out even better than I imagined. The attention to detail, skill, and care were top-notch. I usually don’t leave reviews, but Tina is amazing. Before coming to her, I had spent over $800 at another salon and absolutely hated my hair. When I came to Tina, she asked me what I wanted and I showed her some pictures. We tried one look, and I still wasn’t happy—but she was so patient and understanding. She worked with me to find a new color and style, and I ended up loving it. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back again.
