OMGoodness! I am 100% certain I finally found the place to go back to and get my hair cut and styled. If you are reading this I strongly recommend Alberto, he is absolutely AMAZING! He gives you a real consultation before he works his magic. He will absolutely be honest with you and let you know what will go beautifully with your face shape. As far as the comment about the shoes, it was several days and the shoes were worn looking. We offered to give you half your money back and they could have easily been fixed. We try very hard to please our customers but unfortunately we can't make everyone happy.

Don't buy any of the shoes from here. They din't even warranty them for 24 hours. I bought $60.00 worth of Yelliw Box sandles and one broke the very next day. They offered me a $20.00 credit and wouldn't even let me exchange for another pair.
Wonderful atmosphere, place to shop and get your hair done but when you go to check out-and have spent 200.00 (or ANY amount) a smile and "THANK YOU " would be the professional thing to do and nice to hear. THAT'S what makes you want to come back!
Ruth is the best mail tech ever. I will never go to anyone else! If you haven't had a massage from her you really need to treat yourself.
Alberto Falcon is the best hair stylist ever. I recommend him to anyone. He always knows what looks best on everyone. He is very friendly and nice too.. I won't ever go to anyone else if I have a choice. (:
