Ruined my color. I was going here for brown singles and decided it was time to add some grey blending highlights for the spring. We spoke about this for the months leading to the appointment. The results are laughable. I literally look like a clown. I wanted a subtle grey blend but got basically a half head of platinum card laid foils that turned my hair line in to what I describe as a circus tent pattern. Avoid at all costs. Avoid this salon at all cost. My appointment was cancelled with my usual colorist, yet I was still told to come in and the owner would fix my hair. At my appointment last week the colorist didn’t let the color process properly leaving me with an orange color . The owner was beyond rude and unprofessional. She did not fix the color damage, she made it worse, and then refused to blow out my hair afterwards to check the color. The owner of this salon. Ruined the color of my hair. The owner is verbally abusive, and does not care about the happiness of clients. She enjoys screaming and yelling threats at clients. Do not use this salon. Especially do not book appointments with the owner. She will not refund you when shes ruins the color of your hair. (Which she will) My family, friends, and business clients will not be going to this salon anymore. I do not recommend. Save your money and go to more experienced hair professionals.
