I will not be returning. My experience with Simona was extremely disappointing. She was unprofessional and condescending, did not follow the inspiration photos I provided, and responded dismissively when I expressed concerns about the outcome. I’ve also heard similar feedback from others regarding her lack of professionalism and overly aggressive demeanor. I strongly recommend seeking another stylist for a better experience. Seriously upsetting to have a hairstylist be so miserable and take it out on paying clients.
Holly did a fabulous job with my new hair color and highlights and brought a hairstyle picture to life to give me a fabulous new hair style.
