Horrible customer service, booked my appointment a month in advance and the day before I get a text with no name saying she “not a very good hairdresser” and “it’s going to cost” and that she doesn’t have time and to book with someone else to do my hair even though I had an appointment. I ended up having to book with a different salon. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with any company.
