Used to be a good place – I have been going to Salon and Spa Venessa for a good while now, and I always thought that they used the best products, and had great pople working there. I ave recently found out that they use cheap suff and put it in the expensive bottles, they reuse the bottles. After finding out this information from a former hair stylist, I will never go back.
FYI – I currently work at ssv, and when I saw the comment on how we re-use bottles and put "cheap" product in the expensive bottles...I was dumbfounded. I've never heard of something so silly. I have only been with the company for some short time, But Venessa Lanier is a very wonderful bussiness owner, she loves Aveda and that is why she has poured her heart and soul into her bussiness. Very Professional and Pleasant Staff – I have been going to Salon and Spa Venessa for almost a year. I have always received wonderful service here. The staff is extremely professional and polite. This is a great salon. The prices are very reasonable as well. I would recommend this salon and spa to anyone.

I finally found one!! – Lauren. I found Waleska through a friend of mine in Bridgemill who found her by running into her at Target! It was a stroke of luck. I was upset as well. She has her own home based business in Holly Springs and it is really nice and professional. I think she is still working on her new website, but I can give you her number. I KNOW WHERE SHE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I looked her up in the phone book, (she was listed fortunately). She went to Azure Salon in Canton, 770-345-8280. I have seen her twice and she is great as usual. I would expect nothing less from her.
She's gone?????????? – What the he--. I booked an appointment with my old esthetician only to find out she had been gone for over a month and moved to another spa. I could understand if she left after my appointment was booked (3 days before my appointment) but a month ago? Come on. Don't lie to people.
