Fantastic! This place is beautiful, spa is in a great setting, hair salon is awesome. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. my hair has never looked better and my facial was the best I have ever recieved after being a 10 year vet at this. The estheticians really know what they are doing. Woud recommend to everyone.
One of the best! Why venture out of town for a day spa when one of the best is right here? I had a massage and a facial and they were both up there with the best I have ever had. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is informative and welcoming. Add in moderate pricing and a great hair salon, this place is top notch. PROS: Local, friendly, relaxing. CONS: Appointments can be hard to get.
What an incredible women's sanctuary!! I have been a loyal client of Salon & Spa Venessa for as long as it has been in business, which is close to 20 years. I've also been a loyal Aveda product user learning its amazing benefits when I grew up in So. Cal. Love my Hairdresser I have been using Salon & Spa Venessa for several years. My hairdresser is the best and friendliest person I have ever used. She knows her color and enjoys her work. This is a great salon if you are looking for a good hairdresser..... ask for Erin.
My experience was quite nice. Loved the ambiance, lighting, scent, etc. However, the hair service was less than extraordinary. My hairdresser/stylist was very sweet. She did an odd job on cutting my bangs. They were left thick, chunky and very uneven. I had foil highlights done also. They were done 1/2 an inch down so that I could come in sooner for a touchup i'm guessing. I really would have wanted a little more attention to my haircolor and I wanted my bangs thinned and texturized. I just feel like it wasn't worth the $160... read more
Horribly managed and owned! – Went in for my appointment 15 min late and was refused service. The staff was very rude and unwilling to help. The management and owner are very unprofessional! The manager that I dealt with never went to cosmetology school. How can you manage a business and not have a background in the service? Scary stuff! The owner has quite the reputation among the other merchants in the area of being rude, snobby, and unhelpful. If you have a issue here don't expect it to be resolved!
Great Place All Around – I have been going to Salon and Spa Venessa for several years for massages and facials. I even got my husband hooked on massages there! I am now a loyal customer of the hair salon as well. My hair needed rescuing after a horrible haircut from another salon. I called Salon Venessa and they were able to work me in for a cut with Venessa that night to fix it. Love It!!! – My first visit was today, I saw Leah for color and Andrea for a bikini wax, both were awesome!! I made my next appointment before I left and the prices are really good too. The atmosphere was great! Kathy at the front desk was super nice as well. The smell in an Aveda salon is just the best. My hair and skin smell so good from the hair products Leah used and the hand lotion I tried. I used to live in Atlanta and this is the best salon/spa I have found since moving here 7 years ago.
