BUYER BEWARE!!! I went to this salon after being quoted $120 for highlights. Once I was in the chair and explained what I wanted, the stylist suggested adding lowlights. I specifically asked how much extra that would cost, and she told me $30 more. I even repeated it back to confirm: “So the total will be $150?” and she said yes.
