My Fiancé went in for a Tap gel manicure. She is recovering from back surgery and had to leave before the service was complete. They still charged her for the tap gel set AND a gel manicure, which she did not have done. They said it was their policy so she paid $65 for an incomplete service. I was there for a tap gel full set. I wasn’t feeling well (i’m recovering from back surgery and was in too much pain to sit there) and had to leave early. The staff was not understanding AT ALL. Even though I did not get the gel manicure to finish my nails, i was still charged $65. I asked to speak with a manager and they had the manager give me a call.
