Unfortunately my experience today aligns with the previous review. I too was met with cold unwelcoming rude energy. The shampoo girl ripped the brush through my natural hair without a care in the world. I definitely wont be returning.

My super dry uneven Natural hair needed help. I went in for cut and two strand twist. I'm 61 and my hair is beginning to experience the signs of menopause. So there is sme thinning at the top. Having a consultation is key. Faye was able to explain what my hair was lacking and suggested some solutions. She talked me through the haircut to let me know what she was doing. This was unfortunately not a good experience. I have visited this salon multiple times before and have always had positive appointments, but this time was very different. From the very beginning, I was met with a rude attitude and cold energy from the stylist assigned to me, Tanya.
