I had an AWFUL experience at this salon, I’m still in shock of what happened to me! I don’t want to share the entire story, I don’t feel it’s necessary. However, I feel individuals need to know part of my story, perhaps I will save someone from having the same experience. My stylist ordered extensions for me, I gave her 625.00. Then, she decided not to put in, kept my money and gave me the hair. MANY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCES OCCURRED AT THIS SALON, I AM IN SHOCK ABOUT THE OWNERS ACTIONS TOWARDS A SERIOUS MATTER! MAKING A LONG STORY SHORT, MY WIFE AND I HAD TO TAKE THE OWNER TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT, MY WIFE WON HER CASE, WE WERE GLAD THIS NIGHTMARE WAS BEHIND US! UNFORTUNATELY, THE OWNER PAID MY WIFE WITH A BANK ACCOUNT THAT DID NOT EXIST, THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED, OUR BANK NOTIFIED US ABOUT THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!!! Suzy and staff are the best! She has been doing my hair for about 8 years now and I don’t trust anyone else. She has created the chillest and coolest vibe. The shampoo room is so relaxing. And I think her prices are very reasonable.

I love Salon Alchemy! I was looking for beautiful color with dimension, but also wanting extensions and a style that I could easily replicate. (I know, alot!) Suzy checked all those boxes and then some! I loved my total experience in the salon with the whole team! Everyone was welcoming and fun to talk to creating this cohesive vibe that makes you want to hang out even when you're not getting your hair done!
