I am not one to write reviews positive or negative. But, I had to today. I had an appointment for a haircut today with Safe. It was scheduled for 4 pm and yesterday he sent me a text asking me to come at 3:45 pm. I arrived early and he was nowhere to be found. His fellow beauticians told me he left and there was no way to contact him. What? He owns the salon and they have no way to contact him? Something was fishy.
