It says by appointment only and they make you put your credit card in so you can set up an appointment. My appointment was at 10am and when I arrived at 9:58 it was closed. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. It was closed. I called both numbers several times and texted and they took forever to answer. When they finally answered they just said sorry too bad.
