I called to make an appointment and got a answering service. Left a message and no callback. Then text them and text said next available person would be right with me. No one ever answered me!! Tried to set up appointment and received a message said date wasn't available. Never got a call from them to see availability for appointment. Very disappointed after reading such great reviews!
I have been a loyal customer to this salon for almost 2 years and spent almost $2000 on fusion extensions and after a year and a half I'm informed that they will be switching to a different type of extension, taped-in and on a track. I had the choice to pick this extension to begin with and did not choose them bc of the track. She informed me it would be another $1500 to switch from the fusion to the tape-ins!
