I recently visited this salon with the hope of getting copper/Gold highlights, but unfortunately, the result didn’t match my expectations. While the stylist was polite and professional in her demeanor, I felt there was a disconnect between the vision I communicated and the final outcome, which ended up being a much more muted brown than what I had asked for.
