Terrible Customer Service. Beware when dealing with them. They will take your money and when not satisfied with what they do they turn around and blame the stylist saying they are self contractors. No accountability. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. Those are there for when they do a good job but if they don’t they will just ghost you. Oh and the best part is they will block you on every social media platform!

Emma has been cutting my hair for 2 years. Impeccable detail. In my profession, appearance matters and she gets it. I go from short to mid length hair, each with a different style and each time she nails what I want. She takes pride in her haircuts and as long as she is cutting hair, I will be going to her. This review has been a long time coming.
