Sooo, I was recommended for a treatment by a sytlist when i went for a blowout and decided to go for it. So I booked an appointment with him specifically but when i reached there, his assistant did most of my treatment, he just dud the rinse in the end. That's fine too. While checking out, I was charged for a blowout even though I never booked an appointment for one.
