Never again will I go there and have Renee do it...cut was awful and color was awful...my friend went for a hair cut there too and she had to go to another salon to have them straighten the cut up..it was awful...I think Patti would be the one to go to if you want to go there...sorry but true.

I made an appt to lighten my hair up & transision to gray & Renee said she could do what I asked but after 5 hrs & redoing my color twice in one day it still didn't even come close. the color she put on my hair turned it very orangy copper on top and then after she put more color on it, my roots turned almost black. she told me to give my hair a couple of weeks to strengthen & rest & she could fix it.
