Brenda did a wonderful job with my haircut. I have thick, full-volume hair that’s hard to cut, but she listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and delivered fantastic results. She is also a very kind and warm person. I left the salon happy and will be going back as soon as my hair grows out.
Tldr: waited 40 minutes only to be skipped by someone without an appointment! Absolutely appalled. Made an appointment online for a 5:45 haircut since blow dry was not an option. Arrived at 5:47. I apologized profusely for being two minutes late but both stylists had clients two clients each. No big deal. But then someone walked in without an appointment and 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, they took her instead saying they don't take blow dry appointments. Ronen is the best and he really spends time and effort to make sure everything is up to his standards. You can tell he has many years of high skill experience. He's probably the best men's haircut in Manhattan if not all of NYC.
The place is warm and clean. And Sara is absolutely amazing. She gets what I wanted immediately even though my descriptions are not that clear. Her attention to detail is incredible, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. The cut turned out even better than I imagined. The shampooing was comfortable. On top of that, she’s warm, professional, and makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for an enjoyable hair cut experience
