All I asked for was a bang cut. I rarely complain and this is my first negative review, but my hair feels awful right now. Melinda ( or Miranda..i forget) took way too much hair from one side of my head, so I now have very heavy bangs on the right side of head and not the other. It was a rush job and she didn't even take her time to balance it, or look at me straight on, so it would be even. She then proceeded to put me under the dryer to dry. Then she blew it out a little. Used this salon about 2 years ago and Violetta did a great job. I bought a Groupon this time when I was scrolling online and they said that I couldn't use it with Violetta because she's a senior stylist. I said fine, I'll pay the full price for Violetta. They gave me her availability and I responded and then I never heard back again. I followed up a few days later about scheduling the appointment and asked to be scheduled with Violetta and if she's not available then with someone else and the response I got was "ok".
