This was one of the best salon experiences I’ve had yet! The team was also super personable and the environment was very relaxing and comfortable. I’m so impressed with my hair- it exceeded my expectations tenfold. I’d recommend this salon to anyone in the DMV area!
LOVE this salon. Great vibe and my stylist, SemaJa’ follows my vision to a T. She is the first stylist to ever cut exactly how much I want a not an 1/8 of an inch more. HIGHLY recommend!
*Update*. I would like to amend my review as the manager did reach out and was very kind, understanding, and helpful regarding my situation. I plan on returning to the salon in the future as that kind of costumer service is incredibly rare and I appreciate their willingness to engage with me on my experience. I found Hilda at Salon 46 after my hairstylist moved across country. Hilda has been coloring and styling my hair for almost a year now (both root touch ups and highlights). She gives me exactly what I want both in cutting and dimensional highlighting. Hilda is exceptional in understanding what look I’m trying to achieve and actually nails it. I sometime suggest changes which she delivers as expected. I always leave the salon with my hair beautifully colored and styled!
Hilda has always been great with my hair. I went in today to touch up the beautiful purple she did for me in November, and it looks so vibrant and fun. I have very fine and thin hair, and I always leave liking it so much more after Hilda has done her magic!
