Pamela has been doing my hair for many years. I moved to Florida, but continue to fly up to Illinois to have her cut and style my hair. Salon 448 and Pamela make my experience worth the flight!
Jessica did an EXCEPTIONAL job. I have been to salons in North downtown Chicago, diva curl specialists, you name it. Jessica actually took the time to understand what I wanted and how I wanted my hair to look- and what would be most flattering on me!! I left crying, I went in for a trim and my bangs were destroyed and my layers were evened out instead of just trimmed. The customer service was great but I regret getting my hair cut there. Just waiting for it to grow out is now my only option.
My first time, I was looking for a very specific cut and Katie nailed it! Exactly what I wanted!!
