Best Color and Hair Cut Cindy, the owner, is excellent hair cutter and colorer. She also does a great job waxing (especially brows). I have been a client of Cindyâs for many years. I would never go to anyone else. I trust her expertise and knowledge. When I have asked for different hairstyles, she has been nothing but honest with me.
