I've been a client of Jenn for about 4 years. Last week she asked if I could change my appointment twice. When I did show up she didn't. This is a very unprofessional way to treat a long time client. To date she still hasn't reached out with a reason. I've always been accommodating whenever she needed to reschedule. This is why she gets 1 star.
