This review is for the front of the salon where they work off commission only. The back of the salon where the hairstylist work for themselves is very good. The front is tricky with their pricing which results in being way overpriced. They even do this with simple kids cuts. Do not take your kids there. They will not charge the $15 for a kids cut that they have on the website. You will pay much more. Horrible chopy haircut equal to a Super Cuts haircut only I was charged $50. Be sure you are not new to the salon and know what stylist you want otherwise they will pair you with a new grad or someone who does NOT have talent just to get your money. If you ask for your money back it is not their policy. While I was there a clueless New grad was watching no doubt to fill a chair next week to give terrible cuts!
I have been a client of April's since moving to the ville almost 12 years ago. She is amazing! Her ability to know how to achieve hair color, use the latest technology and teach her staff is unmatched! After being gone for fours - and never finding anyone to replace her I was booking my first appointment with her months before I ever left Kansas. Salon 360 is family friendly - my daughter loves getting her hair cut there and the staff work so well together.
After reading all the reviews I decided to get my hair cut at salon 360. Let's me tell you if you want to meet nice people this is the salon to be but if you are particular about your hair and don't like it spoiled please look some where else..... I grew my hair for 7months to get the style I wanted, she said she could do it but the result was just aggravating... I would recommend it for wash and style but do not trust with scissors... I'm very upset about how my hair looks now, my friends are laughing at my hair
