This was a horrible experience! Jess cut my hair and made it look horrible! She insulted my hair color and kept telling me what I needed. She didn't listen to me at all about the cut I wanted. She totally butchered my hair. I should have left the minute I walked in and Jess acted like I was bothering her. Never again. Do not go here!
