I have been going to Pam for years and she is simply the best!
Went in for a new hair do at Tops and this was my first visit there. Took along a picture of what I wanted. Julie took one look at the picture and went to town. Within no time she had me looking just like the picture and I didn't have to change a thing, I went on to work and believe me that was a first for me to be able to leave a salon and look good. I have had compliments on top of compliments. I will definitively go back and have no fear of what my hair will turn out like. Thanks to TOPS and Julie!
