I've been going to Lily for years. She's great and kind but lately her services are not as good as before. She makes her assistants do your hair and then she will finish it up. Plus she jacked up her prices to please her personal needs. Ask first before you get your hair done. I've been patient with her but now it's time to move on.
Ive been going there for Years and Lily does awesome work but today she had an older lady do my hair, needless to say she messed up my Hair. My Scalp is burned and it looks like someone cut pieces throughout my Hair down to the root. I kept telling her that its been long enough and that my scalp was burning but she was to busy on her phone. The sad thing is is that Management and the owner Kevin still made me pay full price. I will be taking legal action.
