Lauren burned all my beautiful thick long hair! I lost 70% of my hair! She did give me back my money but she was asking 240$ for extensions! She destroyed my hair she should pay for it! Now I have to spend hundreds of dollars to treat my hair and I'm not even talking about how long it's gonna take to grow back! Horrible
I do not recommend this salon!!! The stylist that did my hair messed up my highlights and I had zebra like stripes in my hair. I asked for my money back and she refused to give my money back. ( I paid $110 and only asked for $50 back) I even spoke to the owner and no resolve to the issue. The stylist admitted to knowing she messed up my hair and still let me walk out only to discover it when I got home. Choose another salon!!!
