I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but this was one of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had. I had a consultation with Sara on October 3 for a 22” Weft and tapes extensions ALL BLACK . I came back on October 9 for the actual service and she never ask me or tell me that she was going to apply brown hair extensions dye black on my hair. Unfortunately have to give this place a 1 star. As much as i wanted to love this place happy and not be the client to complain, the damage and results of my hair can’t go unnoticed. I found Angie on Tiktok and seen multiple clients go from black hair dye to a balayage and thought i was in good hands. We discussed the possible outcome of my hair and decided to do a chocolate brown instead because i didn’t want a lot of damage done to my hair. I had an amazing experience at salon 2one8 the staff is hands down the most friendly and welcoming people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting Kayla came highly recommend, and did not disappoint.
